It takes 3 weeks to create a habit…..so do it for 3 weeks, and you should be good.

If you have to get up at 5am, go to bed at 8:30pm.
This will give you a half hour to get to sleep, and 8 hours of sleep. Then you will be able to get up at 5am.
?[bri]ana added these pithy words on Sep 24 09 at 4:27 amlet say if you need to get up at 5:30am, set your alarm for 5am, therefore youll get to hit the snooze twice and you wont want to hit it a thrid time bc it gets annoying. plus that second time you hit the snooze, most of the time you just wind up laying there bc you know its going to ring again. it really helps! thats what i do =] try it.
