What I do, is a week before school starts go to bed earlier and earlier each night and wake up earlier and earlier each morning until the day of school.
It really helps.

i know its an hour less there, but you need to get up early for school.
then 10- 7
10- 6:30 or when ever you need to get up. it would take you about a month.or you could stay up one whole night and not sleep. then at about 10 pm the next night go to bed and sleep until 9 am, then just keep going to bed at 10 every night.
