How can I wake up easier in the morning? and get enough sleep?

so how what time should i go to bed? and i have a lot of trouble falling asleep before 11.
and no matter how much sleep i get, i just hate waking up and i fall back asleep. how can i wake up easier?

I wake up every morning between 400-530AM to use the bathroom. I’m 49, and eat dinner after work at around 830pm. I can’t eat earlier. After I wakeup, I can’t go back to sleep, so I only get 4-6 hours of sleep. Any thoughts?
